Showing Up for the Next Generation:
Throughout the 2025–26 season, Figure Skating in Harlem alumnae returned to celebrate student milestones, volunteer at events, and connect with the next generation. From the awards ceremony to the ice show and visits to Riverbank, their involvement kept the connection between current students and graduates strong.
Celebrating Our New Seniors
At the annual awards ceremony, alumnae helped hand out jackets to students entering their senior year. Their participation brought generations of FSH sisters together for an important milestone, with graduates welcoming and encouraging students as they began their final year in the program.
The moment reflected the continuity of the FSH community: students preparing for their next chapter, supported by alumnae who have experienced that transition themselves.

Giving Back at the Ice Show
Alumnae also volunteered at our annual ice show, Harlem Homecoming: Skating to the Lessons of Beyoncé. By returning to support the event, they contributed to a celebration of the students’ hard work, creativity, and growth throughout the season.
Their involvement offered another way to remain connected to the program and support the experiences they once shared as students.

Connecting at Riverbank
Visits to Riverbank gave alumnae opportunities to meet with the girls, offer encouragement, and support them in a familiar FSH setting. These connections brought graduates and current students together beyond major events, making space for conversation and a continued sense of community.
Thank you to every alumna who gave her time this season. Whether presenting a jacket, volunteering at the ice show, or visiting the rink, you helped carry FSH’s sisterhood forward.
