FRED Forum Builds Leadership & Development

Figure Skating in Harlem was selected for a site visit by the FRED Forum, a cross-sector group of exemplary leaders who embrace their obligation to identify, encourage and develop emerging leaders. Their purpose is to inspire, enable and activate moral and inclusive leadership across the globe.

Eight development executives from companies such as Time Warner, Inc., JPMorgan Chase, Education First and Next Generation Leaders spent an afternoon with FSH Founder & CEO, Sharon Cohen, to explore the “why” as well as the “how” of leaders’ work and how they serves as a nexus, catalyst and incubator for re-imagined leadership in their communities. The FRED Forum participants explore new thinking, leading edge ideas, fresh perspectives, and highly immersive experiences designed to evolve and expand leadership and leadership/executive development. We hope that their visit to Figure Skating in Harlem informed their vital work and inspired leaders in other fields.
