Alumni Picnic: Senior Send-Off
Figure Skating in Harlem’s first annual Alumni Picnic: Senior Send-Off brought generations of alumnae together with graduating seniors to celebrate their transition to college and strengthen the connections that continue beyond the program. Hosted by the FSH Alumni Board, the gathering created space for intentional conversations, shared advice, and a warm welcome into the alumnae community.
Celebrating the Class of 2026 and Care Packages
At the heart of the picnic were conversations between graduating seniors and alumnae who had already experienced the transition beyond FSH. Graduates could connect with women who understood the program’s sisterhood and could offer perspective from their own journeys.
The send-off celebrated a class of six graduating seniors preparing to attend Pace University, Quinnipiac University, the University of Pennsylvania, Morgan State University, Sarah Lawrence College, and Seton Hall University.
FSH and the Alumnae Board, with support from items contributed by Simpli, provided all graduates with care packages filled with useful items for college, such as linens, laundry baskets, pillowcases, and self-care items as a reminder of the community cheering them on.
