5 Ways To Help Our Girls Soar This Holiday Season

The holiday season is upon us, and it is a great time to consider unique ways to give back! Below are five ways you can support Figure Skating in Harlem’s mission to help girls transform their lives and grow in confidence, leadership and academic achievement.

  • Year End Giving

December 31 is your last chance to make your charitable gift in time to receive tax incentives for this year. When you donate to a 501(c)(3) like Figure Skating in Harlem, you may be able to take an income tax charitable deduction. The purpose of charitable tax deductions is to reduce your taxable income and your tax bill—and in this case, improving the world while you’re at it. Help our girls soar by making your gift today!

  • Volunteer

Ask us how you can volunteer! We welcome volunteers interested in working with our girls as tutor and skating instructors.

  • Shop Our Amazon Wish List

While you’re making holiday gift purchases on Amazon this year, consider shopping Figure Skating in Harlem’s Wish List. The list is filled with the basic needs of a young figure skater such as leotards, ice skates and soakers (blade covers). Thank you in advance!
