Erica White brings experience in youth development and program support, having worked in after-school programming in both leadership and direct-service roles. Throughout her experience, she has enjoyed creating positive and welcoming environments where young people feel supported, encouraged, and able to grow. Her background includes program coordination, administrative support, and working directly with youth and families.

Erica is excited to bring her experience to the Figure Skating in Harlem community while continuing to grow both personally and professionally. She looks forward to contributing to an organization that combines education, leadership, and new opportunities for young people. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and discovering new experiences.
