We Made Dreams Come True!
We’ve had a lot of special celebratory moments in 26 years, but this year’s gala was one of our favorites. That’s because our alumnae had extra-special roles, from recognizing acclaimed photographer and Forbes 30 Under 30’s Flo Ngala as an honoree to Broadway actress Mari Diop’s opening and closing performances. Taking place on April 24 at Gotham Hall in New York City, over 425 supporters attended to celebrate the incredible achievements of our students and alumni, the inspiring Crystal Barnes and our friend, fashion icon and philanthropist Michael Kors (who was feted by his friend, the incredible Audra McDonald), alongside our host Vlad Duthiers of CBS News and skating legends past & present like Starr Andrews & Nathan Chen.
A heartfelt thank you to all our supporters and attendees. You help our students achieve their dreams, in the rink, in the classroom—and, most importantly, in their lives for years to come.
