HOW DO I APPLY TO SUMMER DREAMS?
Step 1 : Schedule an interview with us!
We would love to speak with you and your child to learn more about your interest in the program and answer questions.Click here to schedule an interview. You will receive an automatic Zoom link to your email once you submit the Calendly form.
Step 2: Submit your documentation
Once you select a date and time, please submit the following documents to registration@figureskatinginharlem.org at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled interview:
- Financial documentation of household income and size (e.g., most recent 1040 or W-2, employment letter, benefits statement)
- Your child's most recent school report card and any additional supporting documents such as IEP, etc.
- Your child's most recent medical form, such as an NYC Child and Adolescent Health Examination Form
Step 3: Interview time!
Please make sure that your child is also present for the interview.
Step 4: Evaluation
FSH will evaluate your documentation and interview notes to determine your eligibility for the program. This process may take a few days.
Step 5: NotificationIf you are offered a spot, FSH will notify you via email with a link to register and make your tuition payment. Students who are not offered a spot may be waitlisted.
