Summer Dreams

Programming starts at 10:00 AM at the FSH Academic Center where students are separated into their cohorts. Students will be with us for the first part of the day from 10:00 AM-2:30 PM, working on a project-based curriculum along with participating in activities such as dance and movement at the FSH Academic Center. 

Students are then transported to the rink where they receive skating lessons. They are then transported back to the Academic Center for pickup at 6:00 PM.

Families requesting early drop-off can sign up for this program at 8:30 AM for an additional fee. In addition, our social work team will also be available to provide social-emotional support and life skills training to support your child's overall development.

Summer Dreams runs from July 8-August 8, Monday-Thursday, from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. Academic enrichment occurs every day Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM-2:30 PM and skating occurs from 3:00-5:30 PM. Cultural field trips are also part of the programming. A full calendar will be provided to all registered families.

Skating lessons will be held at an indoor rink, generally City Ice Pavilion or World Ice Arena here in NYC, and students will be transported by private bus. 

We are enrolling students for all 5 weeks. At this time, we are unable to accommodate a per week summer program. Students will be allowed three absences throughout the summer. 

YES, students must bring their own lunch! Snacks will be provided. 

Tuition is $800 per student and includes academic, SEL, and skating instruction, cultural field trips, skate rentals for the duration of the program, and an FSH t-shirt and skate bag. The tuition can be broken up into multiple payments with an initial $50 installment. The multi-part payment plan automatically calculates the tuition to be paid every 2 weeks from the date of purchase up until the final date of Summer Dreams (i.e., 8/8/24). Therefore, the earlier you register, the more time you have for your installments.

Early drop-off is available for an additional $200 per student. Please note that spots for early drop-off are limited.
